ST Produce is the value-added division of Charlie's Produce.

We process Fresh Cut, and Custom Cut produce six days a week and we process to order daily, ensuring that we deliver the freshest products to our customers. Ideal for food service or retail grocery operations, ST Produce has competitively priced and ready to serve items that save your kitchen, deli, or department staff valuable preparation time.

We are operating in a new state of the art production facility that is WSDA and FDA inspected. We contract with third party food safty auditors SGS and ASI and we adhere to a strict HACCP program. Additionally, we do product testing in our own lab and we send product out to various labs for verification. Inspections of our facility, products, weights, temperatures, refrigerated storage areas, and vacuum sealed packaging ensures the best and safest possible product for our customers.
