Charlie’s Produce Phoenix opened in 2023. We are a full-service wholesale produce company that delivers throughout the state of Arizona.

As an employee-owned company, we have local employee-owners in our markets. We also take great pride in supporting local growers who are first to market. Charlie’s offers a full line of conventionally grown produce, organic produce, specialty produce, farm-fresh dairy products, proteins, and more delivered daily to Food Service and Retail outlets.

We are proactive in our Food Safety commitment, with all retail and processing facilities having attained SQF 2000 level certification. Our facilities include a state-of-the-art, fully refrigerated loading and receiving docks, warehouse management systems for accurate and reliable inventory control, modern ethylene scrubbers, and pressurized, remotely monitored ripening rooms.

Charlie’s Produce has earned the highest blue book services rating. Throughout Charlie’s distribution network, our team of experts includes trained executive chefs and restaurant managers, along with experienced retail produce managers and merchandisers.
